Step 2 of the 7 steps is: “Get enough sun and Vitamin D”

VitaminDWiki notes from quick read of the Vitamin D section of the book
I agree with him and that Sun >> UV >> Vitamin D - especially for MS
I agree with him that 600,000 IU loading dose is OK
He has many studies of MS and Sun/Vitamin D
generally 4,000 to 10,000 IU - but one study used 14,000 IU
Observes that more vitamin D results in better MS treatment
The word cofactors does not appear in the book
He says that "probably" an MS person does not need to supplement with Calcium
The word Coimbra does not appear in the book (Dr. Coimbra in Brazil uses 150 nanograms)
My summary
A step in the right direction, but does not step far enough
Perhaps he is limiting his text to what a MS person can do for themselves (treat),
rather than what doctors have been able to do for 1,000 MS patients (carefully) with lots of vitamin D - CURE
